PermaCrete Dealers
Each PermaCrete Dealer is an independent business owner and is not an agent or an employee of Quality Systems, Inc. (QSI), the manufacturer of PermaCrete products. QSI has no ownership or business arrangement with any PermaCrete Dealer, and any retail contract between a Dealer and his retail customer is exclusively between the Dealer and the customer. The Dealer is solely responsible for the installation of the products, and any other contract matters with a retail customer.
