| Q: | Day temperatures are in the mid 70's, but night temperatures may drop below freezing. What application precautions should I use to address this problem? |
| A: | Try to allow 1-4 hours for the PermaCrete application to dry completely (if the temperature is 72°F). Note: PolarSet has an application range of 20°-50°F and will dry in 1-4 hours. Or, 1 to 4 ounces of Matrix Accelerator can be added to each regular bag to shorten the drying time by 20%-40%. Note: Although PolarSet can be installed in temperatures between 20°-50°F, and rising, PermaSeal Sealers must be applied when temperatures are above 40°F, and rising. |

| Q: | I sandblasted my porch to remove enamel paint. Do I need to use Bonding Additive as a surface primer before applying the skim coat? |
| A: | No. Sandblasting will create a bondable surface for Matrix Mix. |

| Q: | How can I tell what mil thickness I've applied with PermaPoxy Enamel? |
| A: | The use of a 1/8" notched squeege will help you apply the PermaPoxy Enamel at the recommended 10-mil thickness. Other notched squeegee's can be purchased in various sizes to apply epoxy at different mil thicknesses. |
